Work Time: 1:00pm – 3:30pm Total: 2.5 hrs

Work performed:

1. Fixed monitor. The settings on the monitor were wrong. Diagnosis first. 30 minutes or so. Determined it
   was the monitors input selection. Now working.
2.  Checked files and storage space. Client bought a 8TB external hard drive and was using it for storage & to
   move files.
3. Checked printer. Color printer not working. Hooked up laser printer and it is working.
   Recommended local library for color prints if needed. Unwilling to purchase new printer due to wireless
   connections only.
4. Connected phone to PC via Bluetooth. This way client can move files from phone to computer and
   computer to phone. Used ‘Windows Phone Link’ app to connect the phone.
5.  Instructed on using Syncback Free Backup Manager. Customer can now create backups, and schedule
   automatic backup. She filmed it for future reference.
6.  Discussed switching from iPhone to Android for ease of use and better file management.
7. Uninstalled 2 programs from the computer.
